Influenza A(H1N1)virus or like virus, recommended by WHO, approved by the Chinese SFDA, are cultured in healthy embryonated hens eggs, harvested, inactivated, concentrate and purified, then split and purified again, diluted with PBS as a buffer solution to formulate this vaccine. The vaccine is a slightly opalescent liquid with thiomersal as a preservative.
